CDK software experience preferred.

year Ford Dealership Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance 401(K) Paid vacation and PTO days Responsibilities Handle parts department's retail, internal, and wholesale customers Maintain a safe and enjoyable work environment Accomplish objectives through strong knowledge and relationships Work with the Service Manager to ensure parts are in-stock and/or ordered in a timely manner as needed for all scheduled repairs Keep up-to-date on manufacturer warranty, policy, and return procedures Meet and exceed goals and objectives for the department Assist with effective inventory control to reduce expenses Strong inter-department communication on back orders Help maintain a inventory consistent with OEM requirements to maximize incentives Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing matrix Monitor and control computer software update Implement & carry out safety requirements and COVID protocols Exhibit behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors to maintain or solid reputation.
