We are looking for a dedicated Groundskeeper (GK) to join our team in Coatesville, PA.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine grounds maintenance tasks, such as litter and debris removal.
Keep common areas clean and tidy, including clubhouse, parking lots, and walkways.
Assist with property inspections and maintenance as required.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and report any hazards promptly.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to address maintenance requests efficiently.
Qualifications:
Ability to follow directions and meet physical requirements.
Familiarity with cleaning supplies and equipment.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Effective communication skills.
Requirements:
Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift.
Comfortable working on feet for extended periods.
