00 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago CCOIC is looking to add a part-time Data quality specialist to work out of our main office in Coatesville & conduct data checks/ field work trips across our Chester County classrooms.
In this position you will work as a part of a small team, in a fast-paced environment that aims to serve hundreds of adult students across Chester County.
10- 15 hours a week Starting salary range:
$20-$22 The duties include, but are not limited to:
Knowledge of the assessments used by the program.
Training in use of the eData system.
Training in use of the CASAS testing (as to support the main testers & to assist them in the intake process).
A complete understanding of services offered by the program to ensure accurate data entry.
Oversee data collection and entry for the program (both in the office & at satellite locations).
Learn and help with the administrative processes necessary to organize and maintain all paperwork and data in files, while working to assign students to classes or provide them with test results.
Ensuring timely, complete, and accurate entry of data.
Performing regular review of data for errors; and ensuring immediate corrections, when needed.
