Our facility is in Coatesville, PA and has an opening in our Production Department.
This is a great opportunity for an individual with strong organizational skills to get into the aviation industry.
Our Aviation Maintenance Administrator position is a terrific opportunity to support our Director of Production in a dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial company.
Ideal candidates will enjoy and have experience relevant to inspect, receive, and create internal work orders with accuracy based on requirements for quality validation.
The ideal candidate offers:
Review customer repair orders.
Receive and processing parts into Operating System.
Generate work orders based on customer requirements.
Participate in onsite customer audits.
Updating and reviewing work order status.
Work with procurement to expedite parts to complete in house work.
Other duties assigned by management.
Requirements include:
Applicable work experience in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills for inventory management (Excel and Outlook).
Self-directed and cooperative in team efforts.
Experience in roles requiring strong attention to detail.
Ability to read and comprehend written and oral work instructions in English.
Accustomed to meeting demanding and/or conflicting deadlines.
