We are growing quickly and are moving into a new building, allowing us more room to hire more clinical staff.
We are looking to add a Lead Dental Assistant to our team.
We are looking to hire a personable and experienced full-time or part-time Lead Dental Assistant with 2-5 years of dental assisting experience.
We seek someone who is driven with the passion to change lives.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical team, including dental assistants and technicians - Ensure adherence to all clinical protocols and procedures - Assist with patient care, including taking X-rays, performing dental assisting duties, and assisting with dental procedures - Maintain aseptic technique and infection control standards - Manage medical records and documentation, including medical imaging - Collaborate with the doctors to develop treatment plans and coordinate patient care - Train and mentor new clinical team members - Monitor inventory levels of clinical supplies and equipment - Oversee scheduling of patient appointments and manage patient flow Skills:
- Proficiency in X-ray techniques and interpretation - Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control protocols - Experience in dental assisting, particularly in an busy setting - Familiarity with dental office systems, such as Eaglesoft - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Knowledge of medical records management and documentation requirements - Understanding of dental anatomy and dental treatment principles If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for dentistry and leadership, we invite you to apply for the position of Lead Dental Assistant.
