Kia of Coatesville is looking to add a full-time Service Advisor to our growing service team! Previous dealership experience is a plus.
The ideal candidate would have great customer relationship skills, computer skills and a strong work ethic! Up to $2,000 sign on bonus available for candidates with past Kia and CDK experience! Job
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with any inquiries they may have Perform vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concerns to enable the Technician to properly diagnose and service the vehicle Consult with the customer on applicable service specials Document declines for services and ask for follow-up on future service considerations.
Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes Build and maintain customer relationships When you work for Jim Sipala Kia, you become part of our family.
