The YMCA of Greater Brandywine is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the key leadership role of Senior Program Director at our Brandywine YMCA in Coatesville, PA.

Under the direction of the Associate Executive Director, the
Senior Program Director
will provide senior leadership for
Child Care,
School Age Child Care, Teens and Community Outreach. The Brandywine Branch of the YMCA of Greater Brandywine is a 54,000 square foot facility placed on 32 acres, with an indoor and outdoor pool as well as other outdoor sports amenities. This is an excellent opportunity for a tenured staff who has demonstrated competencies in staff and program development, communication skills, relationship building, and project management.

Starting salary range is $54,000

Job Requirements:
Must have a 4-year degree, Multi-Team/Branch Leader Certification, and 5 or more years of experience that includes supervising multiple departments. Superior relationship building skills, computer proficiency, and excellent organizational skills are essential to succeed in this position. YMCA experience strongly encouraged.
