Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an awesome Customer Service Representative for a growing office in Delaware County! The perfect candidate is competitive, loves interacting on the phone with clients and excels in a fast paced environment.

Working hours are Monday- Friday 8:00am-5pm

The pay rate for this position is $13-15/hr


The Customer Service Representative will be answering phone inquiries from customers, resolving issues, scheduling services and inputting information into a database system.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Programs

  • Typing speed of 40 WPM

  • Comfortable with fielding 60-100 phone calls per day


High School


Entry Level


  • Listening skills and ability to communicate information in a clear, courteous, concise and logical manner

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent decision making, problem solving and analytical skills

  • Customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
